The Garden Barn
Our Garden Barn conversion was completed in autumn 2016. It has two bedrooms, a shower room and a lovely big sitting room and kitchen. It is very cosy with central heating provided by our biomass boiler.

It can sleep two adults and up to three children, but would equally suit a couple on their own.

The apartment is available for self-catering with a three night minimum stay. Between March and November we prefer to fit self-catering stays into a Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday pattern where possible, but we are happy to discuss your requirements.

Accessibility
The flat is accessed via one low step and only two interior steps.
There is a modern shower room with a level access shower.

Dogs
Guests are welcome to bring up to four dogs free-of-charge to stay in the Garden Barn.
Bedrooms
Bedroom one has a king-size bed and extremely comfortable memory foam mattress. Bedroom two has an L-shaped bunk and has a range of toys and books for children. We can add an additional inflatable bed, cot or toddler bed for a third child.
Our produce
Guests in the Garden Barn are welcome to buy our produce during their stay. As well as sausages and bacon from our pigs, we can supply jams made with fruit from our orchard, and eggs from our free-range chickens (all subject to availability).
Arrival and departure
Normal arrival time is 5pm and departure is 10am.

Wifi and mobile signal: We have a fast fibre broadband connection in all our apartments. There is very little mobile signal locally but the broadband connection is fast enough to enable wifi calling on most mobiles.
